I prepared precisely. I knew every obstacle, every turn, and my body. I beat a runner that used to be a collegiate cross country runner and had taken 1st place the previous year. Preparation works! Get it!

Or you could think of t this way:
1. Find the fiber grams
2. Multiply fiber by 10
3. Carbohydrate grams should be less than that.
