Designed EXCLUSIVELY for our Full-Year athletes, the Galactic Training Program includes level-based Tumbling Conditioning + Jump Classes to help athletes build strength, confidence, technique, and control.

🧑‍🚀Our Summer Session Training Commanders can’t wait to help our Full-Year athletes boost their progress!

⭐️Athletes will enroll based on their All-Star tumbling work group level.
Example: Intermediate Tumbling Work Group = Intermediate Jump and/or Conditioning Class.
