I’m looking for five men and/ or women over 35 that want to shed fat in the next 12 weeks!
– came to me after an extended break from his health and wellness. He was hesitant because he worried that his motivation would burnout fast but has found himself developing habits and building discipline. He’s taking stairs more often, noticing a muscle here and strength gains there..and has lost eight pounds in just over a month!
– started the program after years of yo-yo dieting and calorie counting and was uneasy when the scale didn’t exactly show the progress she was making. She chose to stay engaged in her process, keep a learner’s mind, and is now staying off the scale, gaining strength, and has totaled 19.5 inches lost!
– started quite recently after years of trauma relating to diet and exercise, restrictive eating, and the feeling that her worth is dictated by her size. She chose to empower herself by signing up, being teachable, and is now developing a healthy relationship with her body and learning how to eat ENOUGH, sustainably, and in ways that nurture her body. She’s not only on a healing journey, but she’s also making some crazy gains in strength and has already lost eight pounds! AND she’s brought her husband along for the ride!
- came to me after a break and was uneasy about changing his workout program but chose to trust the process, allow me to make some changes and guide nutrition, and now has the endurance to play tennis for over an hour every week in addition to his current workout load! He’s also made significant gains in strength (recently maxed out the leg extensio machine), hit a 60-miles-of-walking milestone, his body composition is changing, and he is learning to cook!

Which will likely lead to the body composition changes you’re looking for, especially as you break this goal down. You’ll start to feel better first. Then, you’ll want to find ways to level up that feeling and probably start asking questions and then you’ll be thinking about nutrition. You’re not in a race to get to a number on the scale and tying your happiness to that number just keeps you unhappier, longer. Focusing on how you feel during the process is where the big wins are. 💗

Hi facebook from me and this kid 😂 Just wanted to catch up to respond to this FAQ: what’s been going on w/ you? A quick recap: i didn’t like my resources, so I changed them. I didn’t fit at the table I sat at, so I built my own. I wasn’t thriving in my environment, so I changed it (didn’t even have to flee the state)👏🏼 I’ve been soaking up more time with my kids and making them laugh 💗The NEW news is I’ve been working on a program for people that want a transformation that goes deeper and lasts longer than what they typically find in their search to lose fat, build muscle and revamp their mid life process. It’s been wild but every day is a gift working with the people that choose me. 💗

POV: You’ve FINALLY found a trainer who does it all and gives you the tools to learn skills, make changes, and build habits that last a lifetime - in the gym (or at home), in the kitchen, and in your own mind.
As much as I adore my clients and want to be in their lives, the goal is for them to not need me forever. Creating lasting change for them is about learning how, when, and why things are important and how to weave better habits into their busy lives.
People often ask me questions about which workout to do for weight loss, strength, and performance as well as how to eat for better health and boosted energy.
