Had to get some judo practice in today.
My record is actually 68...so close.
Wednesdays are a max effort upper body day for me. A combo of pushing and pulling and keeping my shoulders happy.
●Band overhead pullaparts (not pictured) 3 sets of 20‐25
●Max Effort Barbell Overhead Press (not pictured) sets of 5, 3, and singles.
●Weighted Pullups 3-4 sets of 5-8 reps. This particular set shows me doing 35lbs.
●Smith Machine Speed Press: 3 sets of clusters with a 5s rest.
●Cable Rear Delt Flys (not pictured) for shoulder health.
●Cable Bayesian Curls: 3 sets for a little extra biceps 🤌
