"Where the head goes, the body follows." 🧠⚡️

​Here’s a fundamental truth on the mats: you don't have to fight someone’s full strength when you can turn off their leverage.

​When you're rolling with a training partner, trying to push through their power head-on is an uphill battle. But when you manipulate the head, the rest of the frame instantly weakens. By moving the head even an inch off-center, you take away their base, drain their power, and open up total control—without having to force a thing.

​In Jiu-Jitsu—and in life—it’s never about matching force with force. It’s about understanding leverage, staying intentional, and knowing where to direct the energy.

​Guide the head, neutralize the body, and take control.

The schedule for August! See you guys on the mats!! Weekdays the Kids class is at 5:30pm and the Adult class is at 6:30pm. On Saturdays, kids class is at 9:15am and the adult class is at 10AM.
