Another great day on the water aboard the Pacific Dream with Happy Ho**er Sportfishing!

Today we headed up the coast with 15 anglers and were rewarded with absolutely incredible quality fishing. We put together limits of big Vermilion Rockfish and successfully descended many more, helping ensure a healthy fishery for the future. The quality of the remainder of our rockfish limits was exceptional as well!

Before the weather made conditions too difficult offshore, we managed to add 10 Lingcod to the count. We then moved inside the bay and topped off the day with 13 Striped Bass to round out an outstanding trip.

As always, I got very lucky with my crew. It was great seeing some familiar faces back on board and welcoming a few new ones to the Pacific Dream family. Thank you all for another fun day on the water!

🎣 What a fantastic day aboard the Pacific Dream with Happy Ho**er Sport Fishing! 🎣

Today was all about great people, great fishing, and great vibes! We welcomed a lot of our regular customers along with a few new faces, and from the moment we left the dock, everyone was vibin’. Between the great music, fishing stories, laughter, and camaraderie, it was one of those trips that reminds us why we love what we do.

The fishing action stayed steady all day, and we wrapped things up with 20 limits of beautiful striped bass, including 5 crew fish, plus one token halibut landed by none other than Larry the Legend! 🐟🏆 We also released several fish throughout the day, ensuring plenty of opportunities for future anglers to enjoy the fishery.

And let’s not forget the food! Stephanie Overbay took our burgers to the next level by adding grilled onions and mushrooms—absolutely delicious! 🍔🔥

We’re planning to fish for rockfish and lingcod tomorrow, weather permitting.

What an excellent day aboard the Pacific Dream!

We were blessed with beautiful weather, great people, and outstanding fishing. Everyone on board reeled in several fish, and by the end of the day we had limits of striped bass plus a few crew fish. We even released a few fish toward the end of the trip after reaching our limits!

We also added 7 halibut to the count. We should have had a couple more, but unfortunately three quality fish fell victim to some pesky sea lions.

A special shoutout to Stephanie, who did an outstanding job in the galley. She kept everyone well-fed throughout the day with breakfast sandwiches, pastries, snacks, and hors d’oeuvres, followed by a delicious cheeseburger lunch.

Today at Happy Ho**er Sport Fishing aboard the Pacific Dream, we hosted an amazing Facebook group — Female Fish Slayers — organized by Heather Abbott! 🎣🔥

The girls had an absolute blast today, rolling in fish, tossing ‘em back, and catching several more! Laughter, excitement, and even a few tears — this trip was one for the books! We wrapped up the day with 21 striped bass, 7 halibut, and 1 leopard shark for our 22 anglers onboard today.

Stephanie Overbay from Overbay Café kept everybody well fed with breakfast sandwiches, French toast, bacon, sausage, pancakes, cheeseburgers, and whatever your heart desired today! 🍳🥞🍔

We also had some awesome giveaways and raffle prizes onboard, including sweatshirts, hats, gift certificates toward a fishing trip aboard either the Happy Ho**er or Pacific Dream, plus a Pacific Dream hat!

Today we landed 33 striped bass with steady action throughout the trip and plenty more opportunities throughout the day. The fish were biting and the rods stayed bent!

🎣 Great day on the water aboard the Pacific Dream out of the Berkeley Marina!

We had 17 anglers on board today and an all-around fantastic trip filled with great camaraderie, good people, and solid fishing action. This felt like the first day the striped bass really started showing up in good volume, and our guess is that both bass and halibut counts will continue to climb over the next several days.

We wrapped up the day with 29 striped bass for our 17 anglers, along with one token halibut! 🐟🔥

Today we left the dock with 24 anglers and ended the trip with 35 striped bass and 2 halibut hitting the deck! There were plenty of other missed opportunities throughout the day, keeping rods bent and anglers smiling from start to finish.
