Get a freeze dryer they said. It’ll be fun they said. I can tell you that it’s definitely stopped the wasting of figs on the tree. Batch #40 just started and the machine has nearly 900 hours on it. I can also tell you that I have a full time job being a Figger. I’ve never seen so many figs as we have had this year. We stopped weighing them week #3 and had 200 pounds. Our Celeste has slowed down considerably. The Chicago Hardy is producing consistently. Our big green is just starting to kick off and the Turkey Brown is about to kick off.

Need fresh figs let me know. If you want freeze dried figs, corn, cantaloupe, skittles, bit o honey or taffy just reach out to Jennifer or I.
