It IS A prerequisite to attend one, not both of the informative sessions before the actual empowering experience of transformational breathwork!

Thank you everyone for the thoughts and prayers, I got back home late last night.. Just in time to take the long awaited and planned travels. I’m so so grateful for the community and everyone who has stepped in and helped in this time and for my time away.

This community is so so blessed with some of the kindest and most unselfish people. A time in need reminded me of this.

Thank You for being what’s RIGHT in this world.

What a week,huh? Anyone else feeling it too?

The chaos of life is why we practice,
The unexpected in life is why we practice,
The uncertainty of life is why we practice,
The healing and triumphs is also why we practice….
Between the illnesses and the healing the practice of yoga and mindfulness is always there…waiting for us to connect to it. It gets us through.

Please forgive us again as life events have taken the front seat this week….
