For those that do not know if you have ever seen the original Karate Kid film projects then you would have heard about Sensei Miyagi well this history is actually true fact Sensei Miyagi was the founder of our style g o j u r y u originally called
n a h a t e it is a combination of both hard and soft Styles in fact goju means hard soft also means five 10 it consists of circular soft technique as well as hard as you can remember when he was taught to do wax on wax off paint the fence and other techniques which are true to the art of soft circular and wrist Escape technique utilized in this style which we teach here at Heimlich's Karate
