The game is stupid hard. Parents, coaches and everyone else…. Listen up!
One of the best hitters on the planet just went 4-4 with 3HR and a double. He was the talk of the league for 24 hours… The next night he’s 0-4 with 4 K’s. He’s a professional with wicked natural ability and super human strength. What he’s able to do is almost miraculous. When you are watching from the stands do your best to remember how hard it is, it’s a stupid hard game.

Krush pitchers continue to dominate in their freshman seasons. Our own Phoenix Lofton went three and two-thirds inning out of the bullpen allowing 0 hits, 1 run, and five strikeouts in a 10-1 victory for Charleston.

Congratulations to Illini Krush 14u player Schafer Ogle for picking up his first varsity win on the mound for the Sullivan Redskins at Clinton tonight. He went 4 innings in relief, giving up 1 run (0 earned) on 3 hits with 6 strikeouts. After two outings and 6 1/3 innings, he has a 0.00 ERA and is batting .300 on the season.
