🏹 READY, AIM, TRY ARCHERY!

Clinics are an AMAZING opportunity for athletes to try a new sport in a fun, low-stress environment! Whether your athlete is completely new to archery or already has experience, this clinic offers a chance to learn, grow, and build skills as we begin our 2026 Fall/Winter Archery Season!

đź“… Monday, September 14
⏰ 6:00–7:30 p.m.
📍 Archery Traditions of Oklahoma
328 Elm Ave., Yukon, OK 73099

The clinic is FREE, equipment is provided, and a parent or guardian must remain onsite throughout the entire clinic.

Open to athletes ages 4–18 with a physical disability or visual impairment. Because safety is critical in archery, athletes must be able to consistently follow all coaching and range-safety instructions without requiring significant 1:1 guidance from program staff.

Registration is REQUIRED. Space is limited to 16 athletes, with priority given to athletes new to our archery program.

New to OYP? Register for the clinic by completing our interest form and selecting “Archery”: https://bit.ly/4h4KosI

Current program families will receive a separate signup.

Program staff will follow up to confirm your athlete’s registration and provide the required virtual clinic waiver. Hope to see you there!

Check out this story! 🎥

As we wrap up our CP Soccer clinic, we are thankful to have such an amazing resource to lead our program and jumpstart our CP Soccer season!

Children with cerebral palsy took the field Saturday at a soccer clinic hosted by Bethany Children’s Oklahoma Youth Parasports.

With guidance from U.S. Men’s Cerebral Palsy National Team player Shea Hammond, athletes learned new skills while finding a community that encourages them to push past limitations.

We love seeing fellow Bethany Children’s programs making an impact across Oklahoma!

Congratulations to Healthy Schools OK on welcoming eight new schools for the upcoming year. Excited to see the work they continue to do for students and families across the state! đź’™

🌟 Welcome to the HSOK Family! 🌟
We’re excited to officially welcome eight new schools into the HSOK Program for the upcoming school year!
The HSOK program supports schools in adopting long-lasting, health-focused policies that benefit both students and families. Participating schools receive grant funding to implement wellness initiatives tailored to their school community. From promoting physical activity and nutrition to organizing a “Health University” fair for students and families, the program helps create a culture of health from the inside out.
With components like fitness testing, Healthy and Fit Advisory Committee Support, and community education, the program goes beyond the classroom to make a lasting impact.
We’re incredibly thankful for the continued support of TSET and the Oklahoma State Medical Association (OSMA) Foundation, whose funding and partnership help expand these opportunities.

🎉 Join us in celebrating the newest additions to the program:
• Carney Elementary- Carney Public Schools
• Curtis Inge Middle School- Noble Public Schools
• Glencoe Elementary- Glencoe Public School
• Hoover Elementary- Enid Public Schools
• Lincoln Elementary- Norman Public Schools
• Longfellow Elementary- Alva Public Schools
• Mustang Elementary- Mustang (OK) Public Schools
• Temple Elementary- Temple Public School

Together, we’re building a healthier future—one school at a time!

Making a Splash This Summer! 🏊

We had a great turnout Saturday for our first Swimming Clinic. Athletes worked on strength and endurance in the water using medicine balls, swimming through hoops, and other aquatic exercises.

The biggest thank you goes to Oklahoma Swimming for providing coaches and athletes to lead Learn to Swim sessions for our younger athletes. We are grateful for their support and excited about the possibilities this experience opened for our athletes.

Thank you to our Bethany Children's Health Center's volunteers who got in the water and helped make the clinic possible! đź’¦
