Barb will be offering the Sunday morning (September 6) Yoga Among the Sculptures class tomorrow from 9:30 am to 10:30 am. This will be the 3rd and final class that we are partnering with Bethel Arts to offer this season. It has been a great opportunity to give back to the community, partner with a wonderful organization and see many friends (and make some new ones) as a result of these sessions. We hope to find other chances to collaborate with Bethel Arts throughout the year. Thank you all and Bethel Arts! ❤️

Just a reminder, this is an outdoor donation based class (donations go towards Bethel Arts). The class is offered on the Bethel Municipal Center lawn. The series is open to the public and the class is mixed level. Please bring a yoga mat or towel with you and dress appropriately for an outdoor session as the mornings can be a bit chillier now.

This Thursday evening, we are back at Aquila's Nest Vineyards for our September offering of Yoga in the Vineyard. This month Kate Petty will host an hour-long mixed level class "Flow and Un-Wine" class from 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm.

Yoga in the Vineyard, is a peaceful escape designed to refresh mind, body, and spirit. Set among beautiful vineyard views, this outdoor class offers a serene space to stretch, breathe, and reconnect. Afterward, linger a little longer and enjoy the quiet beauty of the vineyard. Come with friends or make new ones. It is an evening you will treasure!

This summer, Bethel Arts is sponsoring a display of large scale outdoor sculpture exhibit featuring 7 sculptures from award winning regional artists, displayed on the municipal Center lawn and outside the Bethel library.

They are offering a series, Yoga Among the Sculptures, a donation based class (donations go towards Bethel Arts) on Sunday mornings from 9:30-10:30 am on the Bethel Municipal Center lawn. This series is open to the public to practice yoga under the trees adjacent to the beautiful sculptures.

We will be partnering with them and your beloved YogaSpace instructors will be offering classes on the following dates: August 16th (Debbie Isaacs), August 30th (Kate Petty) and September 6th (Barb Moore). Please join us!

The series closes on September 20th. All are welcome as we usher in the Fall Equinox. This class will include meditation and a sound bath.

Spend an evening experiencing Yoga in the Vineyard at Aquila's Nest Vineyards with Heather tomorrow, Wednesday, August 5th at 6:30 pm. Looks like OUR weekend plans are changing thanks to Mother Nature and the potential storms tomorrow (Satursday)! The Bethel Shop & Stroll has been canceled by the town. So, updating our post! CVH Animal Sanctuary Adventures: Heather will be offering two of our very popular goat yoga classes at the sanctuary at Noon and 1:00 pm after her 10:00 am studio class. "DYK" Did You Know? Rob, in addition to co-owning and teaching at the studio is an avid cyclist 🚴‍♀️?

Rob and his partner Linda are off on an adventure this week and on the Great Allegheny Passage and C&O Canal 6 day bike tour, biking up to 73 miles a day! Over 300 miles in total!

We wish Rob and Linda success, health and safety as they reach the midpoint of the tour. Let's cheer them on 👏 You can do it! We can't wait to hear about it.

Each month we partner with Danbury Unites for Immigrants and offer a donation based (100% proceeds go to DUFI) yoga class with rotating Instructors. This month Kate will offer a Restorative class, tonight, Friday, June 12 at 7 pm.
