✨ NEW DATE✨for Competition Team Auditions. They will now be on Friday, June 14th! Please note, that only current dancers at our studio are invited to audition.

Caroline had big dreams of performing in the Nutcracker this holiday season. After a cardiologist appointment for what they believed was a mild heart murmur, they were shocked to find out Caroline needed open heart surgery to fix a big problem. Once Dr. Manan Desai heard about Caroline’s dancing goals, he offered a different procedure approach with a faster recovery to get Caroline on stage in time. Weeks after heart surgery Caroline was center stage at the #Nutcracker! We’re thankful for doctors who think outside the box and do what’s best for our patients so our patients can #GROWUPStronger! Congratulations on a beautiful performance, Caroline! 👏 🎉 #feelgoodfriday

We are happy to announce our 2023 Nutcracker Auditions.

Please complete and submit an audition form for each dancer prior to April 28, 2023.
All dancers must be 5+ years of age prior to September 1, 2023.

Dancers ages 5-10
Please fill out the form below. There is no need to submit an audition video or attend an in person audition.

Dancers ages 11+
Are invited to attend an in person audition on April 28, 2023 at Ovations Studios. All dancers should fill out and submit the form below prior to the audition.
Dancer arrival and Check in 4:30 PM-5:00 PM
Audition 5:00 PM-6:00 PM
Some dancers may be asked to remain for an extra 15-30 minutes (6:00 PM-6:30 PM).

Attendance at the in person audition is highly recommended. For any dancer age 11+ who is not able to attend the in person audition, please submit a 2-3 minute ballet focused video in addition to the form below. Dancers en pointe do not need to submit videos containing pointe work. Videos maybe of a Zoom class exercise, space appropriate variation or other ballet-based exercise. If dancers choose a barre exercise, we ask that they perform the exercise without the use of the barre.

Audition Videos are to be submitted to [email protected] by 7/15/2023.
