Sun, Oct 5 | 11am - 12:30pm: 90-minute Brunch Workout with boxing, kickboxing, strength training, guest instructors, and local collaborators.

An afternoon of food, fun, and connection! Our friend and collaborator will be selling food, plus free goodies for members. We’ll also be highlighting our community partners with more collaborators to come. Bring family and friends for fitness, games, meditation, art, music, and everything you love about BBKA.
