Why is it hard to keep a new year’s resolution? What can you do to make it work?
A new year's resolution is an attempt to positively change a habit. Our habits are generated deep within the subconscious mind. However, when we try to change a habit, or create a new one we use our conscious/thinking mind which is only the surface layer of the psyche.
To create change, improve your habits, you must pe*****te the subconscious. When you effectively pe*****te your subconscious, you will then give yourself every possibility to make meaningful change in your life.
This is what the practice of Kundalini yoga helps you to do.
Come and take a class at 9210yoga and you’ll be on your way to make 2017 the year when you kept your new year’s resolution to be happier and healthier!
