Little late to posting, but never to late to congratulate.

This young man had an exceptional weekend during the youth hunt, tagging a beautiful buck and giving Willow her first recovery of the 2026 season!

I'd say the smiles on them both says it all!

Congrats Dalton on your harvest, and thanks for having us out!

We had a busy weekend and are looking forward to the regular season to kick off completely.

What a great way to start our season!

We met a young lady this morning named Hartley and she now has a new best friend named Scout!

This buck was shot with a 243 at around 125 yards. The buck was tracked only to be jumped and when they ran out of blood called for us. We took this buck well over 700 yards to its final step.

Thank you Hartley and family for calling and allowing us to be a part if your special hunt!

One boy and one girl will ultimately be selected as our 2026 Michigan Youth Hunt Giveaway Winners, each receiving an incredible prize package donated by businesses and supporters who believe in passing Michigan's outdoor traditions on to the next generation!

Couple days, few hours, several minutes....we're closing in on the beginning of the 2026 season!

If ya can't tell we're a bit excited. These 2 dogs, Willow and Scout, have put in the time, the energy, the miles, and even the grit to be the best companions that I could ever ask for. When it comes to tracking season, I ask a lot of them. They give me way more than I ask and then some. Even when days are tough, tracks are long, and weather isn't great, they still follow me to the truck and hop in.

You as a hunting community have done right to our team. You share our posts, you spread the word, you wear my swag and you give out my number. It's the real life stories, the first deer, the biggest deer, long tracks, the highs and lows.

I appreciate all of you! I will PROMISE you this, you will not find a harder working, more dedicated, more experienced and passionate team than this in North West Michigan.

It's our pleasure to serve the hunting community. Please continue to share with those who may not know about us.

We will be available this weekend for FREE for the youth hunt and also tracking bear should the need arise.

As we continue to close in on the opening day of the Liberty hunt, as well as bear season, it's a great opportunity for us to remind hunters the anatomy and differences between deer and bear.

Know where you're aiming, focus on the location and remember with angled shots, your entrance and exits will differ.

Pretty darn excited about a local outdoor show coming to the area! These guys have worked hard to get to this point and I'm a strong supporter of their mission. Check em out, the days are counting down to their first ever episode airing!
