NEO PILATES: Functional strength-training from the Classical Pilates method, tailored to your body.
NEO STRETCH: Release tension and access your full range of motion based on your capabilities.
NEO TRAINING: 1-on-1 mentorship to up-level your teaching skills based on Classical Pilates practice. Aimed at enhancing physical mastery and critical thinking skills.
