🍏 dyk your little one’s motor skills development is often enhanced when they imitate your actions? when kids observe grown-ups performing tasks, their brains engage in a process called “mirror neuron activation.” 🧠 this activation helps kids create mental representations of the observed actions (like yoga!), allowing them to imitate and practice these skills themselves! 💪🏼 try downward dog with your shorty around and see what it *unleashes* in them! 🐩🤪🤩
