Freedom of movement is a neighborhood classical pilates studio that has everything to offer athletes Hi there! I hope you’re healthy and doing ok!
I am starting to think about what slowly re-opening might look like. Listed below are the precautions I’m planning to take: and these changes are in a effect until further notice.
1. Before Entering the studio, clients will have their temperatures taken and all clients will be screened regarding the COVID-19 precautions they have taken before entering the studio.

How do you feel following a Pilates session? Do you feel rejuvenated limber worked and stronger? The exercises and session I put together for my clients is how they’re feeling and what they need… Sue is a wife, Mom, and believe it or not a grandmother of 3 boys. She has been doing pilates with me for a year and a half, her flexibility,movement,and strength has double time( btw her hair always looks that good )
