When ya 3yr old baby bro takes a book from ya 4yr old bro to read it. You get this!. Love you dudes!

We aint touched this book in years! Their 1st time picking it up.
I love the process! Mom n dad pour so much into our boys. Now mind you all, while I am . My boys are pretty darn intelligent.




this is still such a priceless book! Generations upon generations to Come!

People often ask me at what age should I start training my kid.
Well the answer is a simple and complexed one.
The simple answer is when ever you feel like spending the money on THE RIGHT TRAINER. All of my kids have been in the gym since inception. This is nothing new to them. This is what they know.
Rex is 4 years old. He has been watching big bro from day 1. And his focus isn't typical. I've been Training, guiding, leading, kids for 24 years and this isn't for every kid. At this age it is about just getting the kids to be active, follow instructions, and to not give into fears. They are little people. So if u discourage them you could turn them off to coming back for a long time. But if u make it fun, challenging, yet rewarding, u got em! And the parents will love you for not trying to make a pro out of a 4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14 year old. Let em learn to compete by knocking down challenges that make every thing else in life manageable. They will have SO MUCH CONFIDENCE IN THEM SELF!
Listen, I'll tell you one thing, and it is "I only know what I know!" . Aint no hype, glitz, or glammer, to what I do. Just good ole fashioned hard work, dedication and a promise of promising results if you stick to it!
