Friday nights sparring class. So much fun! Working on speed ,timing ,distance ,feints blocking and evading, and most importantly footwork! Fast and aggressive with controlled contact.

All twelve forms in a row, on vacation in Moorea. The lagoon is incredibly beautiful. Karate is life. Sped the video up 4x so it isn’t so long. Slowed it down in a couple of spots for context. Stumbling is not part of the forms. Ha ha ha
