⛳ A Special Thank You To The Nick England Memorial Tournament

What a wonderful day at Lonesome Pine Country Club for the Nick England Memorial Tournament.

A very special thank you to Robert England and the England family for choosing Lonesome Pine to continue this meaningful 10-year memorial tradition. We are truly honored to have been a part of it and grateful that they continue to bring this event back to our course year after year.

It was especially wonderful to see so many people out on the course, enjoying the beautiful, mild weather and sharing a love for the game of golf. We were blessed with a beautiful day and, most importantly, no rain!

Days like this are a reminder that Lonesome Pine is about so much more than just golf tournaments. It’s about community, friendships, family, memories, and people coming together over a shared love for this game and this place.

Thank you to everyone who came out, played, supported, volunteered, and helped make the Nick England Memorial such a special day. We are grateful to be a small part of a tradition that means so much to so many. ❤️⛳

Roll call will be at 8:30 AM, with tee-offs beginning at 9:00 AM. Please arrive early and be ready for a great weekend of competition.

🏆 Club Championship is coming up! 🏆

Registration closes this Friday at noon, and we’d love to see a few more names on the list!

Whether you’re competing for the championship or just looking for a fun weekend of golf with your fellow members, come out and play. It’s always a great weekend at The Pine. ⛳️

Don’t miss your chance to sign up — registration closes Friday at 12 PM!

The club will be closed from 7am to noon to allow championship players to play through the first 9 holes. After noon, members and guests are welcome to play!

A quick heads-up on this week’s schedule as we prepare for the Nick England Memorial Tournament this Friday. The club will have modified hours on Thursday for preparation and a full course closure Friday morning.

🏌️ Course closes at 5:00 PM

Friday, September 18
🏌️ Course closed 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM for the Nick England Memorial Tournament.

Congratulations to J.I. Burton on winning the Cumberland District Championship!

J.I. Burton has chosen LPCC as their practice facility, and we couldn’t be more proud to support these young golfers as they continue to learn, compete, and grow in the game.

Seeing local student-athletes put in the work and find success on the course is exactly what growing the game is all about. We’re grateful to be a small part of their journey and proud to have them as part of the LPCC family.

We’re happy to let you know that the course is open for normal play today.

We do have a small tournament taking place, but it will not interfere with regular play or require any course closures. Members, guests and public are welcome to come out and enjoy the course as usual.

MEMBERS-ONLY HOLIDAY TOMORROW!

As we celebrate the holiday weekend, tomorrow will be a Members-Only Holiday at Lonesome Pine Country Club.

⛳️ Public access will be restricted tomorrow, and public play will not be permitted without a member or member invitation.

Members are still welcome to bring their guests and enjoy the course!

📅 Public play this week will be available Tuesday, Thursday & Friday.

We appreciate everyone’s understanding and hope our members enjoy a great holiday on the course!
