**Greek Yogurt Power Bowl**

- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (around 20g of protein)
- 1 tablespoon almond butter or peanut butter (adds around 4g of protein)
- 1/4 cup granola or oats (optional for texture)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (2g protein)
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, etc.)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
- 1 scoop protein powder (optional, adds around 20g of protein)
