What are some ways you practice self care? I am a huge advocate for self care and wish I had been when my kids where little. I always thought it was selfish. 😔 Now, I know better and get massages on a regular basis, do yoga, go for walks, read, sit in the hot tub, spend time in my craft room, spend time with people I love, eat high energy foods and I listen to my body.
