💪 THE GOBLET SQUAT 💪
Looking to build stronger legs, improve mobility, and master squat mechanics? The Goblet Squat is one of the best exercises to add to your routine.
✅ WHAT IT’S GOOD FOR:
• Building lower-body strength
• Improving squat depth and mobility
• Reinforcing proper squat technique
• Strengthening core stability and posture
🔥 MUSCLES WORKED:
• Quadriceps (front of thighs)
• Glutes
• Hamstrings
• Core
• Upper back and shoulders (for stabilization)
🎯 FORM TIPS:
1️⃣ Hold the weight close to your chest with elbows pointed down.
2️⃣ Keep your chest tall and core engaged throughout the movement.
3️⃣ Sit your hips back and down, keeping your heels planted.
4️⃣ Drive through your heels to stand, squeezing your glutes at the top.
5️⃣ Keep your knees tracking over your toes—avoid letting them cave inward.
⭐ Pro Tip: Think “proud chest, strong core, heels down” every rep.

Shout out to our Spring Into Summer Challenge winners!
The objective was, throughout six weeks, to look for positive trends in Skeletal Muscle Mass Gain or Percent Body Fat loss.
Trudi walked away with $250, she gained 2.7 lbs of muscle and lost 3.3% body fat🤯
Holly entered the challenge coming back from a procedure and took second with $100. 2.4 lbs of muscle gained and 3.4% body fat loss🔥
Darby, took third with $50. 3.5% body fat loss and 0.2 lbs of muscle gain. Love you mom!💪
So unbelievably proud of these three and all those who partook. These challenges are a challenge for a reason. It’s a test to be honorable to yourself and to create new healthy lifestyle habits and routines that can go past six weeks. We have built something special here at Alloy, and that’s not possible without the people we have. Here is to more success and amazing accomplishments 🙌💯
