It's time for our next challenge: ACTIVE APRIL!
Points will be awarded for each activity you complete. Yes, you can do them more than once for bonus points. Share proof photo/video of the activity, your fitness tracker, etc(one at a time or all at once at the end), you can post on socials & tag us, slide into our DMs, send a text, post in the group - whatever you're comfortable with doing. Most points at the end wins high fives & a sweet prize.
Get ready, Active April Starts Tuesday๐๐ผ
[ ] Attend 5 grit classes
[ ] 20 minute walk/run with a non member
[ ] 30 minute Walk at Dover Park
[ ] Hike the hill at Phipps
[ ] Hike the hill at Four Dances
[ ] 1 mile walk & pick up trash
[ ] 10 minutes of mobility
[ ] 20 minutes of mobility
[ ] 30 minutes of activity - your choice (swimming, bowling, biking, folfing, tag, roller skating, any active activity)
[ ] Accumulate 150 burpees

September Challenge: Steptember
This challenge is all about adding more steps to your daily routine and reaping the benefits of increased physical activity. Assess where your current level is and set a goal accordingly:
Levels of Participation:
* Level โฌ: add intentional steps to your days. Average 30,000 steps per week.
* Level ๐ฅ: Aim for an average of 49,000 steps per week in September.
* Level ๐ฆ: Challenge yourself to average 70,000 steps per week in September
* Level ๐ฉ: Reach for the stars and average 105,000 steps per week in September
* Level ๐ช: Stretch yourself to average 127,000+ steps per week in September
How to Track Your Progress:
* Use a fitness tracker, smartphone app, or pedometer to count your steps.
* Share your progress with the group and encourage each other to reach your goals.
* Post photos or videos of your favorite walking/runnung spots or activities.
* At the end of the month, we'll celebrate everyone's achievements ๐๐ผ
Remember, the most important thing is to have fun and make progress at your own pace. Let's make September a month to remember!
