Come join us for our annual Freaky Fit competition!! We usually do this comp as an in house comp but this year we are opening it up to everyone!! This competition will be mixed pairs. There will be three workouts, The divisions will be scaled,maserts(40+) and RX. We encourage the teams to dress up the best dressed duo wins a prize!
