If you've been thinking about starting boxing or muay thai, one of our evening classes is a great place to start.
The classes typically look like:
- Shadow boxing + warmup
- 30-40 minutes of instructions + drilling with a partner
- 10-15 minutes of sparring or technical sparring at the end of class
Drop in and see why our striking classes, in collaboration with Classic Fight Team, continue to churn out some of the best fundamental strikers in our state!

Great night of fights this Saturday for the fight team.🔥
We had strong matchups all night and we’re proud of how the team showed up and battled throughout the entire card.
