Tuesday, is coming in with a fun 90’s themed yoga flow. Let’s see your best 90’s look!

Sunday, we encourage you to book asap for Pilates on the patio ☀️ if you plan to stay for brunch following our class we highly recommend reservations! They fill up quickly because the brunch is THAT good 🤤

Classes can be purchased on Vagaro for $10 under Pop up. In studio classes are included for members and will be applied according to your membership 💕

Let’s talk rebounder class 🤎

You’ll rotate through warm up, rebounding (jump), strength training and cool down.
Each rebounding section is around 3 minutes. It’s doable, fun and a full body workout.
There are no levels. You do what YOUR body can do.

Simple, fun and affordable.

Join us at the studio on June 15th for our 9am Pilates sculpt class and then head to Ohana Ceramics Studio for a private ceramics class. Only 8 spots are available for the ceramics class and it will need to be purchased separately through Ohana.

Our summer Pilates on the Patio series is kicking off ☀️

Join us on the first Thursday of June, July and August to enjoy our beautiful summer weather with a Pilates flow suited for all levels of fitness.
Our 45 minute class will start at 10am. The class is $10 per person and can be purchased at the link in the bio. After purchasing the class, book your spot on the patio on our Vagaro class schedule.
