Everyone wants the results...
Very few people want the routine that 𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘴 them.
After 14 years of coaching, I can tell you this:
The people who stay fit aren’t usually more motivated.
They’re just less reliant on motivation.
They simplify their meals.
They pay attention to the data.
They keep showing up even when they don’t feel like it.
It’s not flashy.
It’s not exciting.
It’s actually pretty boring.
But boring is repeatable.
And 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 is what gets 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀.
Which one do you struggle with the most?
1️⃣ Simplifying meals?
2️⃣ Tracking the data?
3️⃣ Staying consistent when you don’t feel like it?
One of the “boring” habits fit people have?
They know roughly how much they’re eating.

One of the biggest lies in the fitness industry is that successful people are somehow more motivated.
They’re not.
They’ve simply developed 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀.
My client, “C” recently told me:
“𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘴𝘦 𝘨𝘰𝘢𝘭𝘴 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘮𝘺 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘢𝘳𝘥𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘸.”
And that’s exactly why she’s succeeding.
When we first started working together, workouts required effort.
Planning ahead required effort.
Hitting protein required effort.
Making time for more movement in her day required effort.
Being intentional required effort.
Now?
Those things are just what she does, & that’s the only real transformation that matters.
Because fat loss doesn’t happen when you 𝘰𝘤𝘤𝘢𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 do the right things.
Fat loss happens when you 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘭𝘺 do the right things, & those things become normal.
Most people don’t fail because they don’t know what to do.
Most people fail because they don’t see the small ways they’re letting themselves off the hook.
The BLTs (bites, licks, & tastes).
The missed workouts.
The “𝘐’𝘭𝘭 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘳𝘵 𝘢𝘨𝘢𝘪𝘯 𝘔𝘰𝘯𝘥𝘢𝘺” moments.
The 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘢𝘳𝘥𝘴 stay the same, so the 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘶𝘭𝘵𝘴 stay the same.
My job as your coach isn’t just to tell you what to eat.
My job is to help you raise the standard & keep it there long enough that it becomes your identity so that you can reap the rewards.
That’s exactly what “C” is doing right now.
And that’s why she’s seeing results.
When you’re ready to have someone in your corner who’s gonna challenge you to raise your standards so you can finally see what you’re capable of, you know where to find me.
I have one spot on my roster open for a July 6th start, & one for a July 13th start.

One of my clients told me in her check-in this week:
“𝘐 𝘸𝘪𝘴𝘩 𝘴𝘶𝘮𝘮𝘦𝘳 𝘸𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘴𝘭𝘰𝘸 𝘥𝘰𝘸𝘯.”
And TBH, I think a lot of us can relate with our seemingly never-ending plans & nonstop schedules this time of year.
She’s not struggling because she’s lazy, or because she doesn’t know what to do, or because she lacks motivation.
In fact, she’s doing an UH-mazing job!
She’s down 13+ pounds.
She’s getting her workouts in, hitting her step goals, planning ahead for travel & events.
She’s staying consistent despite concerts, lake days, birthdays, family events, weekends away, & a very full social calendar.
But when I asked her what felt hardest this week, her answer wasn’t the nutrition.
It wasn’t the workouts.
It wasn’t meal prep.
It was the fact that she was 𝘵𝘪𝘳𝘦𝘥.
And I think that’s something a lot of women overlook when they’re trying to lose weight.
Every commitment requires energy.
Every trip requires planning.
Every weekend away creates more decisions.
Every event is another opportunity to either stay aligned with your goals or drift further away from them.
Can you still lose weight while having a social life?
Absolutely.
My client is proving that right now.
But let’s stop pretending there aren’t tradeoffs.
At some point, you have to ask yourself:
𝘈𝘮 𝘐 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘧𝘢𝘵 𝘭𝘰𝘴𝘴 𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘥𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘯 𝘪𝘵 𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘥𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘦?
And maybe an even harder question:
𝘈𝘵 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘱𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘵 𝘥𝘰 𝘐 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘳𝘵 𝘴𝘢𝘺𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝙮𝙚𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙢𝙮𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙛?
Because fat loss doesn’t require perfection.
But it does require 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀.
And sometimes protecting your energy is just as important as hitting your macros & movement.
You don’t need a less busy life.
You need a life that’s aligned with what matters most to you.
If someone followed you around for the next week…
would they know what your priorities are based on how you spend your time & energy?

Most people think they hire a coach to lose weight.
And yes...
Many of these women have.
But that’s 𝘳𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘭𝘺 the 𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.
Notice how most of what they had to say wasn’t talking about the number on the scale.
They’re talking about 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲.
𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲.
𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆.
𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁.
Learning not to 𝘱𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘤 over one weigh-in.
Learning how to 𝘬𝘦𝘦𝘱 𝘨𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘨 after a tough day instead of throwing the whole week away.
Feeling 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗱 of themselves again.
That’s the stuff that actually changes your life.
Because when you become the kind of woman who can navigate vacations, stressful weeks, birthdays, busy seasons, injuries & setbacks, & imperfect days without quitting...
The weight loss becomes a byproduct.
The habits stay.
The confidence stays.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆.
Maybe that’s why I love these “𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘦 𝘭𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘴” so much.
They remind me that coaching has never really been about helping women lose weight.
It’s about helping women become the kind of person who no longer needs to start over every Monday.
Which of these mindset shifts would make the biggest difference in your life right now?
Trusting yourself around food?
Not letting the scale ruin your day?
Feeling more confident in your decisions?
Finally breaking the all-or-nothing cycle?
Becoming someone who follows through, even when motivation disappears?
