Nominees must demonstrate outstanding sportsmanship on and off the field, and also demonstrate excellent rapport with players, officials, and other coaches. The award honors a boys' lacrosse head coach in each area who exemplify the ideals of the game of lacrosse."

These guys lead the team from every angle, including the sidelines. This team has been built from the ground up and these are pillars we'll stand on next year as we head into the season and work toward the championship game again!

This guy. stepped in this season in ways we did not see coming. He walked into a leadership role at the first practice and never looked back. His skill and athleticism, along with his team spirit, helped lead our team to the sectional championship game. We couldn't be more proud of this guy and the ways he's transformed our team and our game. We can't wait to see what he helps us accomplish next year!

Aidan Hurley - Senior - Goalie - Bob Scott Award

- From USA Lacrosse: "These awards recognize high school seniors who go above and beyond in service to their team, school, and community. These athletes, who truly honor the game of lacrosse, are invested in the development of the game in their town and are exemplary teammates. In addition, they must be outstanding students with high academic achievement and serve as role models within their school community."

Aidan is the first to receive this award in Section IV and is a most deserving recipient as he has consistently been on the high honor roll throughout his high school career. He has also poured time into our youth lacrosse programs, most recently giving tips to our youth goalie in the spring. In addition to his dedication to our youth programs he has always been an excellent teammate at every level he's played at. Congratulations Aidan! We can't wait to see what great things you do at !
