The official page for Otsiningo Park, a facility of Broome County Department of Parks, Rec, & Youth Services. Open year-round, 8:00am - dusk. Free Admission
Otsiningo Park, operated by Broome County Department of Parks & Recreation, provides a refreshing interlude close to the Greater Binghamton urban core. Paved walking/bicycle paths wind around picnic areas, athletic fields, and playgrounds, on a wooded riverbank. Picnic shelters are available by reservation (call 607-778-2193). Admission to the park is free. The park is open 8:00am - dusk, year-round.

The Broome County Parks 10th Annual Scarecrow Contest was a HUGE success once again, and we are so grateful to all our participants! Thousands of votes were collected at this year’s event, and we appreciate all the time and effort that each participant put into their creative displays! We would also like to thank all the community members who voted for their favorite scarecrow displays!

2nd Place: “Change is messy but beautiful” ( #25) Greater Binghamton Health Center
3rd Place: “Z's Zombie Christmas”( #38) Willsey

Otsiningo Park will be closing at 6:00pm tonight, August 28th!
The park will reopen at normal hours on Friday, August 29th!
Due to rain we just made the decsion to cancel the band for Broome Bands Together tonight! We tried to make the show go on but the weather had another plan! We hope to see you all next week.
