Well girls, September 11th is the date 'Im cleared to start up again! I hope all of my Zumba Teacher friends have a great week back to school and I cant wait to see you next week!

Well my girls, I'm out of the hospital but not up to "bringing it" . No class this week. Need time to gain some strength....... Then I'll " bring it"!
