Peppers, onions, tomatoes, kale cooked with Butter/Olive oil (HEALTHY FAT)

Tilapia cooked in Olive oil then put butter on top of fish (HEALTHY FAT)

FAT FAT FAT.

FAT IS NOT THE ENEMY PEOPLE IF DONE CORRECTLY.
