Empower your life by encouraging yourself and reflecting on your motivations.
Set meaningful goals and overcome thoughts of doubt by speaking words of positivity over yourself.
It’s great to have a support system but you have to live with yourself 24/7.
Find that inner strength that is already there when you feel that discouragement start to creep in.
Obesity is a major public health concern due to its widespread prevalence and association with numerous health complications.
Even a modest weight loss of 5-10% can significantly reduce the risk of developing heart disease, stroke, diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia, metabolic syndrome, respiratory problems, and certain types of cancer.
As such, current guidelines recommend a 5-10% weight loss as an initial goal to achieve the health benefits.
