Some teachers give you sequences but the good ones give you an experience. Something that stays in your body long after you’ve left the mat.
is one of the good ones.
Tomorrow she teaches her last class here at YogaLab before heading to Atlanta, and we are holding all the feelings that come with that: the gratitude, the pride, the bittersweetness of watching someone you love step into what’s next.
She has been one of the foundational threads of this place. The kind of teacher who raises the bar, the kind of person who makes a studio feel like a home.
We love you, Kat. We are so proud of you & Atlanta is so lucky.
Come be in the room with her one last time. Tomorrow (Tuesday 5/5 at 5:15pm) 🤍

This Saturday, something begins. 🧡
Our Beginners Yoga Series with Paul kicks off this Saturday, April 26 — and there’s still time to join.
This is 6 weeks of slow, supportive yoga designed for real beginners. Not “just try to keep up” yoga. Not “you’ll figure it out” yoga. Actual step-by-step, no-experience-needed yoga — where breath, body awareness, and the basics get the attention they deserve.
This series is for you if:
— you’ve never set foot on a mat
— group classes feel intimidating
— you want to understand the why behind the poses, not just copy the shapes
— you’re returning to yoga with fresh eyes
Over 6 Saturdays, you’ll explore:
foundational poses · how breath supports movement · effort vs. ease in the body · what a yoga class actually feels like from the inside
Saturdays: April 25, May 2, 9, 16, 23 & 30
2:30–3:30pm
$108 for the full series
Beginners welcomed. Re-beginners encouraged.

Did you know we offer Pilates 2 days a week at the lab?

Pilates is one of those practices that quietly transforms everything. Mat-based and deeply intentional, it targets the deep stabilizing muscles of the core (these are the ones that support your spine, ground your pelvis, and create the structural integrity that makes basically every other movement possible.)

Think of it as the architecture beneath your asana. Where yoga opens and expands, Pilates builds and stabilizes. Together, they build a body that is strong and expansive.
If you’ve ever felt wobbly in standing poses, tension in your low back, or like your center just isn’t quite clear, this is for you.
Your core is more than your abs. It’s your foundation.

Join on Mondays &
on Wednesdays

Saturday at 6, ‘s Aries New Moon Circle welcomes the warmth, fire, and rebirth of Spring! Expect breath, meditation, gentle movement, and deep connection to conscious community as we work with the archetype of the warrior.

And on Sunday, & return for Movement to Recovery. A practice for anyone and everyone in the sobriety community. Our vision and passion is to create a safe space and a sense of community for those on this journey.

We also have all your weekend faves on our regular schedule. Come see what we’re up to, make some new friends, and see how diverse and rich a yoga practice can be.

One of the greatest antidotes to fear, anxiety, and dis-ease is connection.

The upcoming New Moon arrives at the very beginning of the zodiac - a space holding the energy of fresh starts, renewal, and powerful healing potential. It’s a potent time to pause, reset, and realign.

Join us as we gather under the transformative energy of the dark moon for a deeply nourishing and restorative experience.

✨ Together we will:

• Be guided through the healing vibration of the Medicine Buddha mantra
• Learn the mantra step-by-step (no experience needed)
• Cultivate stillness, clarity, and inner balance
• Co-create a collective field of healing through shared intention and sonic medicine

Whether you are new to mantra or already have a practice, I would love for you to join us.

When: Friday, April 17th @ 6:30-7:30p
Where: YogaLabBham

Let’s come together in community - to stabilize, to heal, and to remember that we are not alone.

This is an offering to the community. Donations are welcome; no one will be turned away. All are welcome. Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
