Body insecurities?
Practice embracing and loving all of yourself by taking a selfie a day 👸
I wouldn’t be a trainer if I wasn’t about putting the work in and chasing your goals.
But the key to confidence is not changing yourself but loving who you are! So stick that ass out, smirk at that camera, and love who you see in the mirror 🪞

Had 30 minutes to workout so I did what I could:
A. 4x10 BB hip thrusts with a band
B1. 4x8 walking lunges (HEAVY dumbbells)
B2. 4x8 DB sumo squats
C1. 3x12 cable kneeling crunches
C2. 3x8 KB standing marches
Finished with assault bike sprints. 5 rounds of 45 seconds at 90% effort and 30 seconds at rest pace
Do what you can with what time you have!

I am supposed to be in the Alabama wilderness on a training run with my twin sister/training partner, but instead I am at the doctor hoping to God they can do something to help me feel better.
Telling myself what I’d tell my clients:
- rest isn’t counterproductive
- your body won’t forget that you are strong
- my ass won’t shrink if I don’t hip thrust for a week

So proud of ! This is 8 weeks of progress. She has increased mobility and strength, better posture, gained inches in the right places and lost inches where she wanted to lose.
In the photos on the right she had just completed a 50K, but it’s weightlifting that is giving her the body composition results she wants. She’s back to training for another 50k and I’m excited to see where her consistency will continue to take her — in and out of the gym!

I’m Elizabeth, better known as Beebs, and am excited to pursue my long time passion for fitness! I have been weight lifting for over ten years, have a handful of long distance road races under my belt, and am an avid long distance fast hiker/slow trail runner. I am now training at Sculpt B’ham and am in the process of earning my personal training certification from ISSA.
My focus is heavy lifting and helping others experience empowerment through strength and whole body fitness. I’m about moderation over restriction, manageable changes that lead to big payoff, and food being fuel not a reward. I also have the privilege of working with the best gym in the city! Come train with me and let’s create a fitness lifestyle that improves mental and emotional health and ultimately leads to more joyful living.
