We love farm pick-up days! One of the first things we researched before moving to Birmingham was where we could buy local organic produce and grass-fed raw dairy.
We are so thankful for our community of health-minded individuals who value the simple and healthiest foods that fit our philosophy of “LIVE, don’t DIEt.”
With a food as medicine approach, we prioritize nourishing our bodies with the cleanest and purest form of real food, as God intended. This anti-diet is grounded in the fundamentals of human physiology, emphasizing how our bodies use food for optimal health. Our goal is to consume nutrient-dense whole foods and mineral-rich drinks to support metabolism, prevent nutrient deficiencies, and promote healthy hormone function.
Along with our clients, we have experienced improvements in our digestive health, cognitive function, and have created healthy relationships with food. We recognize the overwhelming amount of contradictory information in the diet and health sphere, which makes it crucial to identify key factors to determine what works best for you. Individuality in nutrition is essential!

When Luca started eating solid foods, we transitioned to a low table and sitting on the ground for meal time. The decision to bypass high chairs and prioritize free movement has taken us down a rabbit hole of health and longevity that we’ll never forget.
If you want to buy all the biohacking influencer supplements and tools to live a longer healthier life, go right ahead. But there’s a more effective option that everyone has access to.
Studies show individuals who can easily sit down on the ground and stand up without support are more likely to live longer. This simple test reflects overall musculoskeletal health and functional fitness.
You don’t have to be a yogi or minimalist to experience the health and longevity benefits of ground resting.
Sitting on the ground can enhance your mobility, improve your posture, and speed up your recovery from injury.
Take note of how quickly you make this switch though. Start slow, begin by sitting on the ground for short periods, gradually increasing the duration as you become more comfortable and changing positions frequently.
A great starter tip is to use props like cushions or yoga blocks to provide additional support and make ground sitting more comfortable until your body catches up.
Sitting doesn’t have to be the new smoking. There’s a better way to sit, there’s a better way to live.

Not getting enough sleep causes stress, lack of energy, sluggish metabolism and stops digestion.
Here are some things you can do to keep your body regulated when sleep isn’t optimal.
Spend more time in nature to regulate your nervous system.
Walk barefoot in the grass to get the grounding benefits.
Get more sunlight to boost energy and help support your body’s ability to handle stress. In the dark winter months, use your red light (code: SOZO).
Due to your sluggish metabolism, you may not feel like eating, but it’s important to consume more nutrient dense foods like raw milk, raw egg yolks, collagen, gelatin, colostrum, and raw honey.
Stress causes mineral depletion so supplement with magnesium bicarbonate and shilajit from (discount code: SOZO).
Consume more salt (discount code: SOZO).
Consume more fruit for added vitamins and minerals.
Stop drinking coffee. Drinking coffee while stressed damages the metabolic system and stresses you out even more.
Consume extra sugar because sugar reduces stress hormones.
Consume more bioavailable protein because protein helps support the liver in detoxification.
Choose gentle movements that support digestion without adding more stress to your body like walking in nature, mobility, and low intensity strength training.
Slow things down and stay home with your children. Choose to do things that are easy and fun with your family. Don’t worry about chores. Take naps with your children.
