How to move through fear instead of freezing.
Fear isnโt always loud.
Sometimes it whispers through tight shoulders, a racing heart, or that knot in your belly you canโt explain. Thatโs your body holding the storyโeven when your mind has moved on.
At ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐โ๐๐๐๐๐ฆ, I work with people who feel stuck in fearโespecially those navigating childhood trauma, grief, anxiety, or stress.

How to release fear: 3 ways to move it through.
So many of us were taught to think our way through fear.
Stay calm. Push it down. Smile through it.
But fear doesnโt respond to logic. It lives in your nervous system, stored in tight shoulders, clenched jaws, shallow breath, and frozen posture.
When we avoid movement, that fear stays trappedโshowing up later as panic, exhaustion, or sudden outbursts.
It disconnects you from your body. It drains your energy. It can even lead to chronic pain.
But here's the truth: movement helps fear move through.
