Congratulations to our instructors, Miss Lily, Mr. Case and Mr. Lance as they graduate from high school this week! We are so proud of all you have accomplished on and off the mat!

Team B26…You did it! 🎉 All of your hard work and practice for the past 3,6 or 10 years paid off with a successful Dan Testing on Saturday. We can’t wait to see you in Black Belt class this week!🥋🥋🥋

🥋Friday was an impressive level testing for our Black Belts! It was so fun to watch more than 100 students continue in their pursuit of excellence. The instructor and master test was icing on the cake! Way to go!!🎉

This is an exciting week for Team B26 who will be testing for their 1st, 2nd and 3rd Dan Black Belts this Saturday! Testing will be at Oak Mountain High School at 2:00 (after regular classes).

We loved hosting our Women’s Self Defense Seminar! Participants did amazing learning how to avoid, being aware, defusing confrontations and what to do to keep themselves safe. Thank you to our team that helped and to everyone that participated!
