💥They might be in a different class than your sibling, but being able to have common talking points at home of what you worked on in class this week, or asking for help on doing a certain kick, or even holding targets to practice together can all happen when multiple kids are in our program!

❤️We know siblings don't always get along but being able to do something where everyone is compared only to themselves is a great atmosphere to be in!

Winning is awesome but it shouldn't be the only way we enjoy competition or practice! Learning that winning, losing, training, practicing and building skills equip us to be our best is vital in a child's development.

In Tae Kwon Do we learn to control our body and minds! In Kumdo, the art of the Korean Sword, we learn how to control a sword through a variety of forms, cuts, blocks, partner work and dynamic challenges! Great job to everyone who performed last week!
Our newest Kumdo Semester starts next week!

At our Inverness Sparring Seminar, students learned the fundamentals of what it takes to be great at sparring - footwork, conditioning, strategy, understanding the rules, but most importantly we learned that sparring is life! Every battle is a opportunity to learn, grow and move closer to reaching our potential!
