Why Train and not just take a class or Session.
It is great to be introduced to the art of Self-Protectionn 🥳like with one of our Fabulous Fit Fierce Intro to Women's Fitness/Self Defense ~2024 sessions
But to really feel confident Mentally, Physically, Emotionally, Spiritually, and Environmentally repetition and understanding the fundamentals are key.
This is why we also offer ongoing private and small group sessions that build on your natural movement patterns .
Our Program sessions are created, overseen, monitored, and lead by a Female Multi-Arts Black belt who is all about Safety focused Self-Care, Self-Protection, and Self-Resilience.
