BBD Swimming

It is with great pride in our legacy swim program, and excitement for the future, that we are pleased to introduce Chris Wolford, as the CEO and new Head Coach of the Birmingham Blue Dolphins. Chris comes to BBD having successfully led several other legacy swim programs including a long tenure with the Cincinnati Marlins and most recently, New Trier Aquatics in the Chicago area. He has coached teams to 2 Junior National Titles and over 20 State Championships. His athletes have represented Team USA internationally, set seven National Age-Group Records, and earned numerous Junior National Championships and Olympic Trials qualifications. 🐬

With thunder predicted through at least 6:30 AM we must cancel Long Course practices at Botsford this morning, Monday June 17th.

High School: He has swam for Groves High School for 4 years and is captain this senior year.
College Plans: He is attending West Virginia University to swim and study criminology.
