While scrolling thru IG the other day I came across this video from Pastor “When you get stuck, you get stupid.”
As I watched the video, laughing at his son and his reaction to getting his gym shorts stuck on his braces, it hit me, I've made some pretty stupid decisions in life when I've felt stuck. More specific, I've made some really stupid decisions about my health when I felt stuck. " Ahhhh! I'm sick of this, I'm just gonna stop eating. Im'a fast!" Two mins later, "This Chick-Fil-A sho is good 🤦🏾♀️"
When we are stuck, we make well meaning, stupid decisions. We don't plan or prepare, we just do. Then we end up in worst shape than we were when we started.

We often take the weight of the world on our shoulders the wonder why we aren’t losing weight 😩. We tend to sacrifice self-care for everything else we have going on in life. But what happens when we don’t have anything left to give?

Sometimes less is more! Don't focus so much on how much weight you can push or lift, but more on how many reps with good form you can do. If that means going down in weight that's ok, yours body is building and getting stronger with each rep you do! Keep pushing!
