The 7th event of the Corsa Crew ALSCCA Autocross Championship Points series is coming up this weekend, August 15, at Barber Motorsports Park Proving Ground in Birmingham. This one is also a SEDiv Solo Series event and points qualifier, so we have just a few spots remaining. BACK TO SCHOOL: Join us August 8 for a special Road Rally School and practice TSD (time, speed, distance) road rally. This in-person classroom event is tailored especially for beginners or those who want to improve their road rally performance.

The day begins with an instructional program at Parnell Memorial Library in Montevallo in the morning session followed by a practice road rally that ends at Durbin Farms in Clanton for lunch and time to share insights from the class. Your instructors, Andy Williams and Jim Farris, are expert road rally competitors with many years of experience in this discipline. This event is the perfect way to prepare for the next competitive ALSCCA TSD road rally taking place later in the year.

The upcoming SCCA Hoosier Racing Tire Super Tour will be perhaps the largest event produced in our club’s history. Working in partnership with the SCCA Tennessee Valley Region, we’re hosting a major national event that will draw competitors from across the country to the 2.38 mile road course at Barber Motorsports Park.
