Team Mihm aka BAAD News wants to take a moment to thank everyone for your support and cheers from home and all the encouragement throughout the time leading up to the Youth Olympic Trials this past week and for all the love and support we felt while we were there.
While our dream of playing in South Korea didn’t come to fruition, we played very competitively against top teams in every single game we played proving we earned the right to be there. In Coach Jeff’s words we were “stupid close in every game we played”. We have a lot to be proud of and will hold these memories with us forever.
Thank you Coach Jeff Kennedy for coaching, giving us your time to be with us at camps and bonspiels in addition to practices, and for your wisdom and guidance.
Thank you to Four Seasons Curling Club for being our “Home Club” for our practices and for helping us throughout in so many ways.
Thank you to our Go Fund Me Supporters and others who helped in in so many ways to make this once in a lifetime opportunity a reality.
While we all move into other teams or directions now that this experience has come to an end, Team Mihm will always be a part of us.
