If I asked you to engage your glutes, could you do it? Do you know what it means? Do you know HOW to engage your glutes? It’s the largest muscle group and yet many aren’t able to. With so many with desk jobs, glutes are underutilized or not utilized when they should be with certain activities. Strong glutes are essential in keeping other parts of the body in alignment and can be instrumental in reducing or eliminating pain in some areas of the body.

These are three exercises Sammy is working on to strengthen her glutes. It’s imperative to keep core engaged while working through these movements.
