There are some evenings that feel like a gift. 🌿🌙✨

A heartfelt thank you to Our Grace Farm LLC for opening your beautiful, peaceful space to us this evening for yoga and sound healing. Surrounded by flower gardens, open sky, soft evening light, and the setting sun, it was the perfect place to slow down, soften, and simply be.

We moved.
We breathed.
We rested.
We listened.
We surrendered. 🤍

There is something incredibly grounding about lying beneath an open sky, surrounded by nature, while the sounds of singing bowls mingle with the sounds of the earth.

And Miller Tea Company drinks, fresh flowers, gorgeous sunset, and that beautiful moon rising over the fields made the evening feel even more magical. 🌺🌸🌕

Thank you to everyone who showed up and allowed themselves this time to rest, release, and receive. And thank you, Tonya Hampshire, for sharing a little piece of your sanctuary with us. It truly is a special place.

Tonight was a beautiful reminder that sometimes healing doesn't require us to do more.

Sometimes we simply need a quiet place to surrender.🌙✨

I am not sure how gracefully I will be moving 😉 but I am so looking forward to learning yoga and experiencing the Sound Bath.

Our focus will be on restoration, deep relaxation, and simply allowing yourself to be. Gentle, accessible movement will invite the body to soften and release, followed by the healing vibrations of a sound bath.

No experience is needed. No flexibility required.

It was Blu's final event in the Belle Plaine studio tonight, celebrating the Winter Solstice and an ending to a beautiful chapter.

Endings mean there is new beginning. We don't come here knowing and we never really know. We weren't meant to know; we are meant to feel. Feel everything. Everything from love, joy, to grief, disappointment and despair. That is the human experience. We are blessed to live with our senses. Listen to them. Live with love ❤️
