What a high honor it has been to CREATE for all of you these last 5 weeks. Thank you for being a joyful anchor in this season & for saving me from the spiral that I was in wondering what I was going to do with all these flowers. What a precious gift to do all of my work at home with my favorite garden babies. It’s a really small first step, but it feels sturdy. Thank you for supporting, I really hope you’ve loved what we grew and I designed.

My family! I’ll post a before photo of us all in the comments! We are so thankful for all the years you’ve been practicing with us - we practice yoga and movement. We practice being still and breathing. We practice patience and grace and we practice showing up again and again even when we don’t always want to.
I am so excited to see you on your mat this week!
7:30pm THURSDAYS we move together above Four Keys Brewing/Starling Lounge
