Can’t wait to MOVE with all of you this week 🤍

10/19/2026

If you are looking to move this week - here is where we will be! All of our classes are in the garden studio except for Thursday nights!

Our body is the lens through which we process life - I really deeply believe that. We like to think that it’s our minds / our brains that we have to wrap around whatever stress or situation we are in - but what if we just move first? What if we clear the slate and give our minds a smoother place to process from?
Maybe you don’t need more options and more information and more opinions. Maybe you just need to take a time out - move your body, take a deep breath and go from there.

You are welcome to sign up using Vagaro - you are also welcome to text me to let me know you’ll be coming and pay via cash/venmo when you get there

See you soon!

So this is love 💕

Reminder that I’ll be in NEWWW YOORRK this week! Here’s what I can do before I leave - A Monday evening class. A flower fun class. And a Wednesday Morning class!
I love that I get to share my quiet space and my passions and gifts with all of you. Whether one of you wanders in or we fill the whole room, I am committed to fostering a little more light and joy and love and “aahhhhhhh” in our little corner of the world.
Practice!

Grab a friend and come hang with us for a cozy fall night out where we’ll turn a local pumpkin into the cutest flower-filled centerpiece ever! We’re using homegrown blooms from This Love Grows, local pumpkins and fresh fall foliage cut by yours truly.
