Happy 4th of July from all of us at CMA!

Today we're celebrating everything that makes this country great, and we are at the USA Taekwondo National Championship this week watching some of the best athletes in the USA show their skill. Tomorrow is the U21 Team Trials for our athletes, and the winners will get to represent our great country on the international stage!

One of the things we love most is watching our own students represent the USA on the world stage. It's a moment they'll never forget, and we've been lucky to share in that experience for the last 3 years.

Wherever you're celebrating today, we hope it's filled with good food, good company, and a few fireworks. Happy Independence Day from our CMA family to yours!

Yesterday’s CMA Masters & Instructors Training Camp was one for the books! 🥋

Our team headed to Champions Martial Arts HQ in New York to train together, learn from each other, and sharpen our skills. From technique breakdowns to new teaching methods, every minute was about getting better so we can bring even more value to our students every time they step on the mat.

There’s something special about a room full of masters and instructors who still love training as much as the day they started. That passion is exactly what we bring back to our schools.

Thank you to everyone who makes days like this possible. We’re already excited to put what we learned into action in class!
